US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce has described the relationship between Washington and Canberra as ‘terrific’, citing the two countries’ common goals and beliefs.
The US representative made the comment despite Australia being subject to the White House’s 10 per cent baseline tariffs and scrutiny of the AUKUS agreement.
