Australia seeks Gaza ceasefire and talks with Israel
Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has spoken with the Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas, echoing calls for aid and a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza conflict. Albanese also seeks direct talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
